I have been trying to be intentional about keeping promises to may self to strengthen trust, appreciation etc,. Recently I found my self laying in the bed negating going to the Gym, do I feel like it or not, well if I don’t go I can get breakfast, or go tomorrow. Now at this point I have built a routine and I am seeing all kinds of results and know the commitment I made to myself right. As I scrolled on my phone I heard Yes go to the gym and just do Cardio and abs, nothing to long or hard and that was the push I needed. Its not all or nothing but its something and afterwards I rewarded my self with breakfast. I say all this because people will let you down, people will change their minds even when knowing the commitment they made, PEOPLE WILL BE PEOPLE. But you have to be better then people when it come to you. how you handle you and show up for you, Because YOU ARE COUNTING ON YOU. just sharing my nuggets
