Sometimes we can become over whelmed with life and work for various reasons lack of support, unable to let go of control and so much more. But God is a Good God a Great Father no matter where you are in your Faith Believe that he is who he is and that he Got You. Learn who he is for your self.  But one thing I’ve learned over the  last week

1. Delegate a true leader knows how to delegate give the goal, give the assignment and trust that they will  complete the task give them autonomy,  freedom and flexibility to do what needs to be done. (this allow you to see them more clearly especially as parents)  

2. give them support when needed and when asked  (which means you let go of control, let go of the need to do it your self)

3. Don’t panic and do what only you can do you are 1 person  1 human not a ROBOT.   Remember  with God its relationship NOT Religion!!!  a bonus one just came to be

4. be willing and know when to pivot  “let this speak to who ever needs to hear it seeds will be planted and God will water and mature it”
